PTA Community Feedback Survey – We Need Your Feedback
Hi! Thank you in advance for taking the time to provide us with information and feedback about the school year.
This survey & its results will remain anonymous.
We estimate our survey will take you around 5 minutes to complete. First, we would like to learn a little about you and your family’s general experiences. Then we would like to better understand how satisfied you all are with Harding’s programs this past year. Finally, we will ask you some questions about yourself.
Summer and Fall Volunteer Opportunities
We are looking for volunteers to help with a few summer items, including summer prep work for important Fall activities. If you want more information or can help in any way, please contact volunteering@hardingpta.org. Further info to come soon about 2023-24 volunteer opportunities.
Summer:
- Watering new edible garden plantings
- Harding Carnival Coordinator (we have a large group of volunteers already, just need a lead – or perhaps it’s you and a buddy!)

- TK/K Welcome Events Co-Coordinator
- Multicultural Potluck Coordinator
- Back-to-School – school clean up help
PTA Update
Thank you everyone for the valuable input in Tuesday’s meeting on our draft budget for next year. Please stay tuned (and share widely!) the following timeline for community feedback and questions:
- May/June 2023: Anonymous community feedback survey to review 2022-2023 programs and provide input about our 2023-2024 PTA focus will be released before the end of the school year. It will be broadcast out on Slack, the eNews, Parent Square, and the school website (Hardingpta.org). Please take a few mins to share your thoughts!
- July 2023: Results will be reviewed and released in late July/early August before school starts up again
- August 2023: Budget will be released to the community with a window to send questions, feedback and concerns before the budget is approved at the first general meeting of the 2023-2024 school year
Community input and involvement are crucial to how the PTA works and the programs that we fund and provide to all students. Attending meetings and connecting to PTA communications on Slack, the weekly Enewsletter, and Hardingpta.org will ensure that you are in the loop and your voice is heard!

Gracias a todos por su valiosa participación en la reunión del martes sobre nuestro proyecto de presupuesto para el próximo año. Manténganse atentos (¡y compartan ampliamente!) a la siguiente línea de tiempo para recibir comentarios y preguntas de la comunidad:
- Mayo/Junio 2023: Se publicará una encuesta anónima de retroalimentación de la comunidad para revisar los programas del 2022-2023 y proporcionar comentarios sobre el enfoque de la PTA para el 2023-2024 antes de que termine el año escolar.
