It has been a privilege to serve this community. Last year, was my tenth year at Harding, my first administrative position. My goal for administration was to lead a teaching and learning community that believes that all students can learn and is committed to equitable practices and teamwork. This community has become a wonderful team and I appreciate you all.
This past year, school leadership groups reaffirmed our co-created vision that students flourish in the global community, and mission to provide a safe and supportive learning community where we empower each other to excel in and shape the future. This guides our Theory of Action for an instructional plan that supports equity and inclusion with differentiated instruction and teaching for student independence and self direction.
Teaching and learning in a pandemic was challenging but I’m grateful to have worked through it with this team. Take care, stay safe, and keep connected. The Harding PTA is a great space for these important aspects of managing successfully through this time.
