Hey Harding Grown-Ups,
Please join us tomorrow morning for a chat with our two interim principals, who are overseeing Harding while Principal Bell is on leave: Thursday, May 7th from 8:45am-9:15am. *Meeting will be held in the cafeteria/MPR.
And, please join us next week (May 11-15) for Harding’s Teacher Appreciation week, as we collectively show some love for our amazing teachers! The PTA will be bringing in the beloved espresso cart, and organizing a community effort to keep the staff lounge stocked with goodies through the week. If you can help, please sign up here. Room parents should also be reaching out with links and ideas too.

Wrap-up from the Auction: All remaining items that were not picked-up or sent home in backpacks are now in the front office. Please show Linda or Brenda your auctria receipt and they’ll grab your winnings! (The sooner the better- we’re taking up their floor space.)

Our volunteer coordinator/s are hard at work coordinating with room parents, PTA committees, and Harding staff. Please reach out if you’ve got some time and energy to spare this year.
If you are interested in volunteering on campus or on study trips, please begin the process by visiting the District volunteer page: Volunteers. If you already have your district volunteer badge (nice work!) be sure to make an appointment with the teacher prior to volunteering in class. Always sign-in with the front office when volunteering. A visible volunteer badge must be worn at all times when on campus. Whenever on campus, remember to be mindful of student confidentiality.

Join the PTA!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE join the PTA! It’s very quick to do, and helps us reach our goal of at least 100 members! Joining does not mean you are committing to anything further!
All Are Welcome, No Specific Skills Required.
The PTA will meet on the 1st Tuesday of every month, unless alternative information is provided.
Community input and involvement are crucial to how the PTA works and the programs that we fund and provide to all students. Attending meetings and connecting to PTA communications on Slack, the weekly Enews newsletter, and Hardingpta.org will ensure that you are in the loop and your voice is heard!
