It was lovely seeing so many of you at Mr. Mopps for the book fair. Let’s keep this literacy momentum up for this week’s Read-A-Thon!!!!! Bingo games are under way, pledges are being made, field trips/community events/classroom supplies/and much more are being funded through your generosity and team spirit! Our Public Schools are facing a number of challenges… but Harding Tigers have you in their corner. (And we’ve seen what you can do!)
Don’t forget, and spread the word: Sign-ups for the Early Morning Drop Off Program are still open. And it looks like there are still spots available! But today is the final day. The lottery draw will happen end of day. Link Here.

Our team is collaborating with local businesses again to bring you a great selection of auction items this year. But part of the charm comes from your donations and offerings too. Please reach out if your family has something unique and personal to contribute. (Examples from the past include a family time-share or rental, handmade ceramics, a back-yard tiki party, a playdate with bunny rabbits…) We welcome your creativity!

Our volunteer coordinator/s are hard at work coordinating with room parents, PTA committees, and Harding staff. Please reach out if you’ve got some time and energy to spare this year.
If you are interested in volunteering on campus or on study trips, please begin the process by visiting the District volunteer page: Volunteers. If you already have your district volunteer badge (nice work!) be sure to make an appointment with the teacher prior to volunteering in class. Always sign-in with the front office when volunteering. A visible volunteer badge must be worn at all times when on campus. Whenever on campus, remember to be mindful of student confidentiality.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE join the PTA! It’s very quick to do, and helps us reach our goal of at least 100 members! Joining does not mean you are committing to anything further!
All Are Welcome, No Specific Skills Required.
The PTA will meet on the 1st Tuesday of every month, unless alternative information is provided.
Community input and involvement are crucial to how the PTA works and the programs that we fund and provide to all students. Attending meetings and connecting to PTA communications on Slack, the weekly Enews newsletter, and Hardingpta.org will ensure that you are in the loop and your voice is heard!

ブックフェアでたくさんの皆さまにお会いできて、とても嬉しかったです。今週はそのままの勢いで、**リード・アソン（読書募金イベント）**を盛り上げていきましょう！！
ビンゴゲームも始まり、寄付も集まり、皆さまのご支援とチームワークによって、校外学習や地域イベント、教室の備品など、さまざまな活動が支えられています。

校内や学習旅行でのボランティアに興味のある方は、まず地区のボランティアページ（Volunteers）から手続きを開始してください。すでに地区のボランティアバッジをお持ちの方（素晴らしいです！）は、教室で活動する前に必ず先生とアポイントを取ってください。
また、校内でボランティアをする際には、必ず事務室でサインインをし、ボランティアバッジを見えるように着用してください。加えて、校内にいる際には生徒のプライバシーに十分ご配慮をお願いします。
