Dear Harding Families,
At Harding, our PTA plays a vital role in enriching every child’s school experience. Thanks to your generosity, we are able to provide classroom supplies, fund field trips, support educational software, host beloved community events like carnivals, and even invest in professional development for our teachers.
This year’s Giving Campaign is our chance, together, to keep these opportunities thriving.
Every contribution-big or small-directly supports our students and strengthens the community we share. We invite you to join us in giving what you can, participating in our events, and helping us make Harding Elementary an even more inspiring place to learn and grow.

Volunteer Needs…
The amazing staff at Harding Staff works tirelessly throughout the year to support our students: let’s fuel them up with coffee and bubbly water! We are looking for volunteers to help keep the staff room stocked once a month: this is a super easy way to make a positive difference at school. Pick a month, sign up here, and we’ll be in touch with details including a short shopping list and reimbursement info (all supplies are funded by the PTA). For questions, email Anna at almahony@gmail.com. Thx for helping to keep staff hydrated and happy!
Our volunteer coordinator/s are hard at work coordinating with room parents, PTA committees, and Harding staff. Please reach out if you’ve got some time and energy to spare this year.
If you are interested in volunteering on campus or on study trips, please begin the process by visiting the District volunteer page: Volunteers. If you already have your district volunteer badge (nice work!) be sure to make an appointment with the teacher prior to volunteering in class. Always sign-in with the front office when volunteering. A visible volunteer badge must be worn at all times when on campus. Whenever on campus, remember to be mindful of student confidentiality.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE join the PTA! It’s very quick to do, and helps us reach our goal of at least 100 members! Joining does not mean you are committing to anything further!
All Are Welcome, No Specific Skills Required.
The PTA will meet on the 1st Tuesday of every month, unless alternative information is provided.
Community input and involvement are crucial to how the PTA works and the programs that we fund and provide to all students. Attending meetings and connecting to PTA communications on Slack, the weekly Enews newsletter, and Hardingpta.org will ensure that you are in the loop and your voice is heard!

Si estás interesado en hacer voluntariado en el campus o en viajes de estudio, por favor comienza el proceso visitando la página de voluntarios del distrito: Voluntarios. Si ya tienes tu placa de voluntario del distrito (¡buen trabajo!) asegúrate de hacer una cita con el maestro antes de ofrecerte como voluntario en clase. ハーディング小学校のご家庭の皆さまへ
ハーディングでは、PTAが子どもたち一人ひとりの学校生活を豊かにするために重要な役割を果たしています。皆さまのご支援のおかげで、教室用品の提供、校外学習（フィールドトリップ）の資金援助、教育用ソフトウェアのサポート、カーニバルのような地域に愛されるイベントの開催、さらには教員の専門研修への投資を行うことができています。
今年のギビング・キャンペーンは、こうした取り組みをこれからも続けていくための大切な機会です。

ボランティア募集のお知らせ
ハーディングの素晴らしいスタッフは、1年を通して生徒たちを支えるためにたゆまぬ努力をしています。そこで、コーヒーやスパークリングウォーターでスタッフを元気づけましょう！✨
スタッフルームを月に一度ストックしてくださるボランティアを募集しています。とても簡単に学校に良い影響を与えられる方法です。希望する月を選んでサインアップしてください。その後、短い買い物リストや精算方法などの詳細をご連絡します（すべての費用はPTAが負担します）。
ご質問は Anna（almahony@gmail.com）までメールでお問い合わせください。
スタッフの水分補給と笑顔を保つためにご協力をお願いいたします！
ボランティアコーディネーターが、すでにルームペアレントやPTA委員会、ハーディングのスタッフと連携して活動を始めています。今年、少しでも時間やエネルギーを分けていただける方は、ぜひご連絡ください。
校内や学習旅行でのボランティアに興味のある方は、まず地区のボランティアページ（Volunteers）から手続きを開始してください。すでに地区のボランティアバッジをお持ちの方（素晴らしいです！）は、教室で活動する前に必ず先生とアポイントを取ってください。
また、校内でボランティアをする際には、必ず事務室でサインインをし、ボランティアバッジを見えるように着用してください。加えて、校内にいる際には生徒のプライバシーに十分ご配慮をお願いします。
