Dear Harding Families,
All students were sent home on Friday with a packet of very important documents and forms. Please take the time this weekend to complete them.
What is in your packet:
Annual Forms: Login information and instructions is on the golden paper. Please follow the step by step instructions to login to your parent powerschool account.
Multi-Use School Lunch QR codes: found on the pink paper and can also be accessed in the Annual Forms. All families should complete even if you do not qualify as it helps the school get funding.
Technology Use: The blue form is permission for tablet distribution. This form needs to be turned in by every student. It is easier for students to use district issued tablets to access the district platforms.
Covid Forms: There are 3 forms on white paper that we need filled out for your student to get COVID tested. While testing is not mandatory we highly encourage you to get your child tested. Our school will have testers on site every Monday.
Extra forms and information can be found in the Digital Backpack on the district website.
