What is the Harding ReCycle?
The Harding Dad’s Club organizes an annual Harding ReCycle in May. At the Harding ReCycle you’ll have a chance to buy a “ReCycled” bicycle refurbished by the Harding Dad’s Club bike mechanics. If you already have a bike, you should still come to the Harding ReCycle where you’ll be able to get repairs on your bike for free, learn how to make repairs yourself, and participate in fun bicycle skills
and safety games.
Your $2 admission ticket will enter you in a raffle for a brand new kids bike, and everyone who buys a bicycle will receive the choice of a free bell, water bottle cage, or other bike accessories.
How can you help?
We need as many bicycles as possible donated before the event so that we have a wide range of
bicycles to sell in May. If you have an old bicycle that is too small or that you don’t use, please bring your bicycles to our drop-off event in April at Harding during specified dropp-off times, or arrange for it to be picked up from your home by emailing email@example.com
. Donating a bicycle will get you first choice of the bikes for sale during a special "pre-sale" from 9-10am onthe day of the ReCycle. If you do not have a bicycle to donate but would like to support the event by making another type of donation or by offering to volunteer, email firstname.lastname@example.org
