The Harding PTA is proud to announce its third annual Read-A-Thon Fundraiser! We want ALL of our children to develop a love of reading for pleasure, for knowledge, for adventure.   

What: 3rd Annual Harding School Read-a-thon

When: Monday February 25th to Friday March 1st

Where: 30 minutes of reading per day in class, plus any amount of time you read at home

Why:  Help our school raise as much as we can for primary music, hands on science in the garden, performing arts, school-wide assemblies and classroom field trips, renewed library collections, and playground supplies. 

How: Ask friends, family, and neighbors to pledge a donation to our school based on the total number of minutes read or to donate a flat amount.

Enter your name and email address, then click “Submit”

Follow the instructions on-screen to register students. When you finish, the system emails pledge requests to your family and friends, and allows them to make secure credit card donations online. You get notified each time a pledge is made, and you can track your pledge progress online.

You can also collect donations via check. Just return them with this pledge form by March 15.

Help us reach our $12,000 goal! As an incentive, the class with the highest participation (largest percentage of students along with largest number of individual donations) will be rewarded with Scholastic Dollars.  Each child in the winning class will be able to choose a book from the Scholastic Catalog, up to $10 in cost.  We think this will be a great way to reward our children’s love of books!
